Maj. Gen. Michael D. Lundy, commanding general of the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence and Fort Rucker, Ala., presents the 2014 Lt. Gen. Ellis D. Parker Award for excellence to Lt. Col. Kyle Hogan, the commander of Task Force 1-160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, and Command Sgt. Maj. Lucio DeAnda, the senior enlisted advisor for TF 1-160th, during a ceremony, Feb. 27.
