Petty Officer 1st Class Scott Heintschel, left, a hospital corpsman, and Petty Officer 2nd Class Maegan Ekiss, also a hospital corpsman, both assigned to the "Black Knights" of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron (HS) 4, participate in emergency evacuation drills on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). During the drills, the corpsmen had to prepare a training dummy and connect it to the hoist of a SH-60F Seahawk helicopter. Ronald Reagan is underway on a routine deployment to the western Pacific Ocean.
