Army Sgt. Maj. Lisa Wickner, the senior enlisted noncommissioned officer for the 34th Red Bull Infantry Division G1 section, that handles personnel matters, speaks with Soldiers at the armory in Rosemount, Minn., March 8 about new opportunities available to women after recent changes to personnel policy. Women who hold certain job specialties may now apply for positions in combat arms units where they were previously excluded under the old policy.
