Kevin Hicklin, a heavy equipment operator assigned to the 172nd Engineer Battalion, South Carolina Army National Guard, operates a two-and-a-half yard scoop loader to load an M916 tractor truck with fill dirt in Walterboro, S.C., during the Vigilant Guard South Carolina exercise March 7, 2015.
