Sgt. 1st Class James McCready, a Human Resource Specialist Course instructor assigned to 4th Brigade, 94th Training Division, 80th Training Command (TASS), teaches room clearing procedures to students enrolled in a pilot Advanced Leader Course at Fort Knox, Ken., March 4, 2015. The course is designed to determine the feasibility of 4th Brigade having a permanent presence on the installation while the instructors continue to function within the One Army School System Program of Instruction. Under the OASS Active Duty and Reserve Soldiers as well as National Guardsmen will be able to attend classes conducted by 4th brigade instructors at Fort Knox.
