Capt. John Enderle makes a point about the Army Operating Concept to Army Chief of Staff Gen. Ray Odierno during Solarium 2015, held at Fort Leavenworth, Kan., at the Command and General Staff College, Feb. 24 to 26. The chief's remarks, Feb. 26, were part of an informal discussion he and other senior leaders had with 84 captains, who were divided into seven groups, each group tasked with taking on different aspects of the Army Operating Concept, and coming up with ideas and solutions to implementing the doctrine.
