As a part of a multiechelon deployment to conduct Expert Field Medical Badge training and testing in Vilsek, Germany, Viper Medics from the 421st Medical Battalion (Multifunctional) conduct tactical sling load operations utilizing UH-60 support from Alpha Company, 3rd Battalion, 158th Aviation Regiment. The 421st MMB deployed portions of their early entry element to simulate expeditionary operations in support of Unified Land Operations.
