Army Reserve drill sergeant candidate Sgt. Sarah Langley, 2-304th Infantry Regiment, 98th Infantry Division, sets up a rock drill during a situational training exercise at the U.S. Army Drill Sergeant Academy at Fort Jackson, S.C. Langley is one of 14 candidates attending the class. Drill sergeant candidates at the school go through the same nine-week training program that new recruits go through entering into military service for the first time. The 108th Training Command (IET) holds 2,800 drill sergeant positions and is the only command in the Army Reserve with the prestigious position. (U.S. Army Photo by Sgt. 1st Class Brian Hamilton)
