U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers with the 381st Engineer Support Company constructed a variety of projects for the Tifton, Ga., YMCA Feb. 19-22 during Operation Double Time to train and prepare their Soldiers for their upcoming extended combat training. The Soldiers constructed a walking track, parking lot, cleared an area to expand a soccer field and built two sets of stairs for disabled individuals and stroller access to the soccer and t-ball fields. The 926th Engineer Battalion assisted the 381st in their efforts by providing food service support so the construction Soldiers could continue work at the job sites. The 926th convoyed their equipment from Birmingham, Ala., to lend a hand. The 381st completed 50 hours of training as an opportunity to prepare for their upcoming Warrior Exercise. (Courtesy photo)
