JOINT EXPEDITIONARY BASE LITTLE CREEK-FORT STORY, Va. (Feb. 20, 2015) – Sailors assigned to Amphibious Construction Battalion (PHIBCB) 2, as well as Soldiers assigned to the 11th Transportation Battalion conduct Logistics Over the Shore (LOTS) using a Roll on Roll of Discharge Facility (RRDF) platform during exercise Blue Heron. The purpose of the exercise is to increase interoperability between Army and Navy commands during Joint Logistics Over the Shore (JLOTS) missions.
