    A Hooah Zone visitor and the GoArmy.com disc jockey get into a dance-off during Fan Fest at the 2015 CIAA basketball tournament held annually in Charlotte, N.C. More than 100,000 fans are expected to fill the streets of the Epicenter in Charlotte in celebration of the event.
