Pfc. Kodie Pruitt, infantryman, Company B, 1st Battalion, 12 Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, is making adjustments to his optical gunsight Feb. 23, 2015. After Pruitt makes his adjustments, he will continue to fire his weapon at a paper target to improve his ability to use his individual weapon. Pruitt will be competing in the upcoming Expert Infantry Badge testing, where weapon proficiency is one of the many areas of emphasis tested.
