An M119 Howitzer and a High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV), assigned to 4th Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, parachute to the ground after being dropped by a U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules at the 7th Army Joint Multinational Training Command's Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Feb. 25, 2015. The 173rd Airborne Brigade is the Army contingency response force in Europe, capable of projecting ready forces anywhere in the U.S. European, Africa or Central commands areas and responsibility within 18 hours.
