Sgt. Maj. John Gioia, the senior enlisted leader for the 4th Infantry Division and Multi-National Division - Baghdad, listens as the pilots communicate shortly after takeoff from the MND-B's command pad on Camp Liberty, Sept. 25. While serving in Baghdad, Gioia visited Soldiers throughout the MND-B area five to seven times a week. Gioia will be honored for his 28-year career during a retirement and retreat ceremony at Cameron Field June 15.
