Seaman James H. Sanders holds a plaque he received for achieving “Blue Jacket” Sailor of the Year for III Marine Expeditionary Force at the Ocean Breeze Club on Camp Foster Jan. 22. The Blue Jacket Sailor of the Year is awarded to a selected sailor from ranks of seaman recruit to seaman. Sanders, a DeFuniak Springs, Fla., native is a hospital corpsman with 3rd Medical Battalion., 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III MEF.
