Several military personnel in tan/desert flight suits and black watch caps are gathered on an airfield tarmac at either sunrise or sunset. One individual is reviewing documents in a binder, likely conducting a pre-flight or post-flight briefing. A large military aircraft, consistent with a KC-135 Stratotanker, is visible in the background with an American flag visible on one personnel member's right sleeve.
