U.S. Marine Corps 2nd Lt. David Lemelin of 2nd Platoon, Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 25th Marines, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve presented U.S Marines Sgt. Brandon Colter Concannon and Staff Sgt. Edgar Alvarado, both cold weather instructors, with a small memonto as thanks for ensuring the training event was successful and safe at Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 16, 2015. Exercise Frozen Riley II was a multi-national exercise between Canada and the United States military to promote interoperability and train for cold weather crisis response.
