A group of military personnel in U.S. Army ACU (Army Combat Uniform) camouflage are gathered around heavy equipment, appearing to conduct a loading or rigging operation. Several individuals wearing hard hats (white, red, and green) are supervising or directing the activity, suggesting a mixed military and civilian safety oversight presence. A large military tactical truck (appears to be an LMTV or FMTV) is positioned on or near a flatbed platform in what appears to be a logistics or port operations environment.
