Veterans from the battle for Iwo Jima are invited to stand with Col. Wayne Harrison, the commanding officer of the Marine Artillery Detachment at Fort Sill, Okla., during the playing of the Anchors Aweigh and the Marines Hymn at the conclusion of a ceremony to honor them and their service Feb. 12, 2015. The Marines of the detachment performed a ceremony, provided a barbecue lunch and socialized with the veterans who are gathering this weekend for the last reunion of Iwo Jima veterans.
