James Woods, a retired Navy SEAL assigned to the U.S. Navy Parachute Team, the Leap Frogs, shows students how to pack his parachute after the Team gave a parachute demonstration at Brooke High School. The Leap Frogs are based in San Diego and perform at various locations across the country to showcase Navy excellence and raise awareness about Naval Special Warfare.
