Col. Johnny Davis, commander, 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), awarded the Tomb Guard Identification Badge to John Francis Curtis Jr. in his home in Pennsylvania, Feb. 11, 2015. Curtis, 77, served as a Tomb Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery, Va., in 1958.
