    U.S. Marine Capt. German Alicea runs Marines through takedown drills during a training session in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program. Alicea is a 1st Degree Black Belt Instructor and the disbursing officer for Combat Logistics Battalion 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit.
