Army and Air Force chaplains and chaplain assistants from all over New Jersey, pose for a picture at the end of the Traumatic Event Management Course Jan. 16, 2015, at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. The Army's TEM course was a weeklong and focused on unit cohesion and effectiveness to help manage crisis situations. The course used group activities and role playing to reinforce the lessons.
