Michael Pomerening, a native of Farmington, Minn., and a Soldier with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 3rd Battalion, 41st Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, spots a target for his teammate, Pfc. Adam Garcia, a native of Los Angeles, while they shoot into a village during the Iron Sniper competition at Fort Bliss, Texas, Jan. 28. Pomerening and Garcia won the competition.
