    Service members deployed in support of Operation United Assistance go through out-processing at Roberts International Airport, outside of Monrovia, Liberia, prior to their flight to the U.S. Feb. 4, 2015. All troops will go through 21 days of controlled monitoring at one of the controlled monitoring areas in Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., Joint Base Eustis-Langley, Va., Fort Hood, Texas and Fort Bliss, Texas.
