Sgt. 1st Class Teng Xiong-White, the radiation safety officer for the 4th Resolute Support Sustainment Brigade, inspects an electrical adaptor that was shown and discussed during the Task Force Wrangler Safety Council meeting held at the Army Field Support Battalion – Afghanistan’s headquarters Jan. 15, 2015. The adaptor which was not UL or CE listed, caught on fire while it was being used and was displayed as a reminder to only use approved equipment in work and living spaces.
