Korean Army Cpl. Song, Gun Woo, a public affairs specialist assigned to 210th Field Artillery Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, is recognized with a volunteer award by Dongducheon Mayor Oh, Sea Chang during the Korean and American English Village Opening Ceremony Feb. 3 at the Dongducheon Volunteer Center. Song, who is a Korean Augmentee to the U.S. Army, uses his knowledge of both the English and Hangul languages to help Korean citizens learn English.
