Eight wounded warriors, their families, and two Gold Star families were invited to the Franklin American Mortgage Music City bowl to be honored during each event leading up to the game on Dec. 30, 2014. Before the game, the group was escorted onto the field. Several wounded warriors posed for pictures with David Robinson, famous former NBA basketball player and father to Notre Dame wide receiver Corey Robinson.
