U.S. Soldiers with Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 3rd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, engage targets on a 25-meter known distance range, Jan. 21, 2015, at the Adazi Training Area, Latvia. The existing live-fire range was modified by the forward deployed DA Civilians of the Training Support Team Latvia to replicate the training conditions which these Vilseck, Germany-based Soldiers could expect while conducting individual marksmanship training back at their home-station. Currently there are four training support teams operated by the Training Support Activity Europe to provide U.S. Army Europe and NATO Allied Soldiers with the ability to perform rigorous, realistic and relevant training that enhances their combat readiness.
