USS Seawolf demonstrates a low pressure blow to the main ballast during a tour while in port. Vice Adm. Tohru Izumi, commander in chief, Self-Defense Fleet, Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force, Vice Adm. Mikio Nagata, commander, Fleet Submarine Force, JMSDF, and Vice Adm. John M. Bird, commander, U.S. 7th Fleet, are touring Seawolf while it is in port.
