U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Jeremiah Jeffrey and Sgt. Monte Barney, members of the South Dakota Army National Guard’s Joint Force Headquarters, sort through winter clothing items, Jan. 10, 2015, donated by community members, Soldiers and Airmen for the SDNG’s first winter clothing drive at Camp Rapid, Rapid City, S.D. About 1,000 items, to include blankets, mittens, coats, hats and scarves, were donated in a statewide effort to help bring warmth to those in need this winter season.
