The 15th Expeditionary Mobility Task Force extends existing Air Mobility Command infrastructure, through both in-place employment and rapid forward deployment capabilities such as the DACE: Cafe-style Communications Operations, which ensures precision, reliability of a Contingency Response Wing's worldwide mission. With on-call capabilities and configured with state-of-the art equipment such as the Deployable Air Mobility Division Communications Element. These DACE packages, operated by just five Airmen, provide deployed Airmen satellite capability, land mobile, HF and UHF/VHF radios. Because cross utilization occurs throughout the CRWs their footprint at forward locations is reduced to 1/10 of the personnel and fewer AFSCs are needed than a decade ago. CRWs are a product of 40 years of TALCE experience and lessons learned from OEF / OIF.
