A medical helicopter (air ambulance) is photographed from the rear with its clamshell doors fully open, revealing the patient transport compartment. The aircraft is parked on a grass field under clear blue skies. The interior shows medical equipment including a stretcher/gurney and medical bags, consistent with an air medical transport configuration.

An EC-135 helicopter (with no current military equivalent) was the item on display for members of the Tennessee National Guard, and Catoosa County Fire, EMS and Police during the first of its kind joint-agency medevac training held in Catoosa, Ga., Oct. 30. The back-loading doors were opened as Glen Suskind, Erlanger Hospital Life Force pilot, rolled out the stretcher, giving a show-and-tell of his prized possession on the newly created LZ on the known distance rifle range. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Nicole Smart, 118th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, RELEASED)
