Lt. Col. Sean Navin, 194th Fighter Squadron commander, conducts a tour of an F-15C Eagle during the 144th Fighter Wing’s City of Honor aircraft dedication ceremony at the Fresno Air National Guard Base Dec. 2, 2014. An F-15C Eagle was dedicated to the city of Clovis and will don nose art in the form of the city’s seal.
