Dominic Sheppard, an outside linebacker from Gulliver Preparatory School in Miami, Fla., arrives at player check in Carson, Calif. on Dec. 30 for the Marine Corps’ Semper Fi-All American Bowl. “I hope at the end of the week I can be a better person and communicate with people more and get some leadership skills,” said Sheppard. Selection for the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl is a badge of honor and gives the opportunity to reward commitment to academic excellence and community leadership. The bowl will be nationally televised live from The StubHub Center in Carson at 6 p.m (PST) on January 4, 2015, on Fox Sports 1.
