    Marines and sailors pose for a photo after winning the Jingle Bell Challenge here Dec. 19. “It was great to be able to have Camp Foster come out and bring all of our tenant units together in celebration of the upcoming holidays,” said Col. Thomas A. Pecina, commanding officer of Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations Pacific-Marine Corps Base, Camp Butler, Japan and Camp Foster commander. Six battalions took part in the Jingle Bell Challenge, which consisted of several events, including a 5-kilometer run, interval exercise relay race, tug-of-war contest and Humvee pull.
