Cpl. Kelsey J. Thomas Pecina, commanding officer of Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations Pacific-Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, Japan and Camp Foster commander. Six battalions took part in the Jingle Bell Challenge, which consisted of several events, including a 5-kilometer run, interval exercise relay race, tug-of-war contest and Humvee pull.
