    Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow

    General Edward D. Banta, commanding General of Marine Corps Installations West, presents Millie Sanchez and Rose Vickers with commendations for meritorious civilian service while visiting Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow on December 16.
