Particpants in the Japan Observer Exchange Program pose for a photo Dec. 4 in front of an MV-22B Osprey tiltrotor aircraft at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma after being briefed on the capabilities of the aircraft. Marines provide the visitors with information about Marine Corps aircraft and its different uses. The JOEP provides interested parties with the opportunity to learn about specific equipment used by the Marine Corps.
