U.S. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel responds to a question from a Sgt. 1st Class Kenneth Reines, a 3rd Cavalry Regiment soldiers assigned to Train, Advise, Assist Command – East, Tactical Base Gamberi, Dec. 7, 2014. Hagel talked about the transition to functionally-based security force assistance under NATO’s Resolute Support Mission in January 2015, and took questions from TAAC-E soldiers on a variety of service-related topics.
