Gen. David Perkins, commanding general, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, participates as the guest keynote speaker at the reorganization ball of the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team “Spartans,” 3rd Infantry Division, Oct. 24. This will be the last ball ever of the 2nd ABCT as they officially reorganized earlier in the day, and are on track for inactivation in January 2015.
