Two U.S. Army soldiers in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) digital camouflage pattern are engaged in conversation in front of a HESCO barrier wall. The soldier on the left wears a patrol cap with the name tape 'SHEENEY' visible, while the soldier on the right wears a combat helmet, sunglasses, body armor, and has the name tape 'GRIPPE' visible along with a holstered pistol. The setting appears to be a forward operating base or military installation.

Command Sgt. Maj. Frank Grippe, the command sergeant major for Multi-National Corps-Iraq and I Corps, is greeted upon his arrival on Camp Ramadi, Iraq, April 27, by Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Sweeney, the command sergeant major for the 81st Brigade Combat Team and Washington Army National Guard. This is not the first time the two have met; in fact they are neighbors of sorts. The Washington Army National Guard is based out of Camp Murray, Wash., which is located directly adjacent to I Corps' Fort Lewis.
