    Keith Compton, a North American Deck and Railing Association, or NADRA, board member shows Sgt. 1st Class Anthony Florence highlights of his new deck built by NADRA on Nov. 20. An Army Reserve Soldier with the 317th Military History Detachment, 335th Signal Command (Theater), Florence and his family won the new deck in an annual "Deck for a Soldier" contest held by NADRA and United Military Care.
