    Construction workers pour cement and attach exterior glass on an addition to the Air National Guard Readiness Center on April 16 during a warm spring day. The multimillion dollar expansion project is about 40 percent complete and it will provide office space for the nearly 1,400 Air Guard members that will work there by 2011.
