Pfc. Matthew Bonebrake, of the 850th Engineer Battalion, directs a dump truck as it unloads sandbags in a farmyard southeast of Kindred, N.D. April 21. The Soldiers are delivering sandbags to rural residents who are trying to build temporary flood levees to hold back rising water near their homes. The high water has broken out from the banks of the Sheyenne river and is making its' way over land and across roads threatening rural residents of Cass County, N.D.
