Nygaard, commanding officer of guided-missile cruiser USS Vicksburg presents performing artist, Yung Joc, with a belt buckle carrying the ships motto, "American Muscle", during a visit to the Vicksburg and the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. The Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group is underway for a regularly scheduled deployment in support of the ongoing rotation of forward-deployed forces to support maritime security operations and operate in international waters across the globe.
