Turkish and U.S. navy ships from Standing NATO Maritime Group 2 (SNMG2), are at anchor off the coast of Antalya, Turkey. SNMG2 units visited Antalya upon completion of exercise Mavi Balina, the largest anti-submarine warfare exercise in the Mediterranean. Mavi Balina is a bi-annual event aimed to improve interoperability between nations while conducting advanced warfare and testing experimental tactics.
