Sailors offload 13 hand bikes and nine wheelchairs donated by Project Handclasp for delivery on Sao Tome Island during an Africa Partnership Station Nashvile community service project. Africa Partnership Station is a multinational initiative developed by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Africa to work with U.S. and international partners to improve maritime safety and security in West and Central Africa.
