Brigade, looks on to make sure Iraqi army soldiers are using the right procedures for maneuvering heavy equipment on Victory Base Complex, April 16. Soldiers must ensure IA soldiers are able to successfully integrate hand and arm signals when guiding and directing heavy equipment operators.
