The oldest Marine present, Master Gunnery Sgt. Adrian Virges, the operations chief with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), passes a slice of a traditional cake to the youngest Marine present, Lance Cpl. Peter Struss, a radio operator with Combat Logistics Battalion 11, 11th MEU, as part of a ceremony in honor of the 239th Marine Corps birthday, Nov. 10.
